He had no idea where it was purchased or whos email was used if it was activated. The company owner didn't know who bought it or if it was ever even used.
I contacted FSL and I was told I needed the email the machine was registered to as well as the original proof of purchase. First experience with a laser and I had no idea about the activation till after I received the machine and read thru the manual. Didn't even get to run one job to see if it was fixed.sigh.īought the machine of Ebay from a company. I pulled the side panel and beefed up the grounds, reinstalled the controller and TP and went to run the machine but got the notice that my activation period was over and I needed to activate the machine. It only paused once and only needed the USB unplugged and plugged back in, no full reboot. Yesterday I pulled out the controller and touchscreen and today I ran the machine, with the controller and a touch screen hooked up but outside of the case, for almost 5 hours. If I unplugged the touch screen USB it would run. Sorry this is long but I'm frustrated with no real answers I've had issues with my machine pausing and locking up requiring a reboot.
